As you know, fund-raising is essential to our program’s success. In the absence of outside sponsorship, we would not be able to compete in national tournaments with competitive teams. It is critical that you do your part to attract as many sponsors as possible. This year our sponsors will be represented in a professionally prepared Media Guide. 75% (with no maximum) of what you raise will be put directly toward your MountainWest Baseball expenses. Any additional money goes to the cost of the Media Guide and to defray team travel expenses. We need the information soon, so GET STARTED NOW. Please be sure that all of the forms are filled out completely.
Samples of introductory letters and a thank you are provided or you can produce your own if you so desire. Be sure to thank your sponsors and keep them updated on your progress through the season. The sponsor application form is also provided.
