2016 will officially mark the 40th year of the Fall Instructional League.  This is perhaps the most important part of the baseball season for those who want to continue playing after High School.  Since 1976 more than 500 former Fall Instructional League participants have been drafted by Major League Ball Clubs, and over five-thousand of our players have gone on to play in college.

The Instructional League provides players from ages 14 to 18 the opportunity to play beyond the summer season with some of the best instruction available.  We will offer a Junior Varsity division (grades 9th – 10th) and a Varsity division (11th and 12th).  Each player will have the option to use either a wood or metal bat, but we encourage wood bat use.

The league will begin the week of Sept 16th with most of the games being played on Saturdays.  There may be limited week night games, but play will be predominately on Saturdays.

The cost for the league is a $175.00 per player Late registration fee is $200.00.

Benefits include:

  • Mountainwest Fall Championships
  • Instructional League games
  • Practices at the Academy

Each team will play in the Mountainwest Fall Championships and 3 Instructional League type games
